Reviews

There is hardly a situation in Israeli life today that cannot find its own epitome in a passage in Hanoch Levine's work.

Mikhail Handelzaz, theatre critic

My dream is to be an actor in Levin's play in the future.

Pu Cunxin, actor

Levin is Israel's conscience, so when I watched his play, the biggest thing I was moved by was the tears, and the tears you had held back for a long time flowed, involuntarily.

Guo Shixing, director

It is not easy for a person to direct and perform such a complex work in such a simple way.

Wan Ma Tse-dan, director

I was pleasantly surprised by Wang Zichuan’s talent, and the adaptation and presentation of this play is amazing!

Li Jing, drama critic

About Ya'akobi & Leidental

The play is a one-man show about Ya'akobi, the protagonist who has nothing to do, to say goodbye to the old life of wasted time and the "useless" friend Leidental to find a meaningful life.

He meets and pursues a woman with fat breasts and buttocks, and the lonely Leidental warhead pesters Ya'akobi while also coveting women. The three of them hurt each other and love each other in this way. They are independent of each other and seem to be a whole. They are like a lonely cat who never stops chasing his tail and playing…
